Dr. Mitchell' Respiratory Blend Dr. Mitchell of Bastyr University, Washington State has developed this blend to use when there is long-term, chronic, respiratory ailments such as COPD, asthma or emphysema. It is very effective for conditions of the lungs when the alveoli have lost their elasticity and the normal exchange of oxygen becomes compromised. This remedy helps bring oxygen to the lungs via the circulatory system. Contains: Licorice root, grindelia, blood root, coltsfoot, goldenseal, mullein, elder flower and lomatium
Happy Pills A friend of mine, Maralyn Johnson, asked me to compound this formula years ago. It is what it says it is, happy pills. The herbs support the nervous system, improve memory, support longevity, uplift, calm, and energize while protecting the adrenal glands. Contains: Passion flower, Siberian ginseng, kava, gotu kola, schizandra, wood betony and lavender.
Acid Reflux Tea This tea is all most people need to calm the acidy stomach, strengthen weak sphincter muscles in the esophagus, heal inflammation and improve digestion. Acid reflux is a serious condition effective many and has been linked to esophageal cancer. Simply drink this tea before meals and at bedtime. Contains: Comfrey root, calendula, marshmallow and chamomile.
Tieraona's Liver and Lower Bowel Flush Whenever customers ask for a de-tox tea I usually reach for this blend developed by Dr. Tieroana Low-Dog. It can be used periodically as a preventative or as needed to assist the liver and lower bowels improve the abilities of digestion. Contains: Cascara sagrada, dandelion root, barberry root bark, fennel, licorice, ginger and marshmallow.
Stress-Less Fashioned after the popular cortisol modifying weight loss products, this blend will assist the adrenal system in processing environmental, physical and emotional stress that can lead to illness, fatigue, and weight gain. Contains: Siberian ginseng, schizandra, green tea, rhodiola, garcinia, reishi, cordyceps, and shitake.
